Deer Hunter: John Cazale and Meryl Streep

I really love this picture, this moment and I can’t explain why.

I know they were not paired in the movie but LOOKING at this moment I feel sad. And if you look at Robert De Niro and the other actor in the background, I just see AWE in their faces.

Tragic love story but all is well in the end.

Live a life less ordinary

This blog is about books and their movie/tv adaptations. And some random things. I'm a Potterhead, Sherlockian, Whovian, a Tribute, BC fan, JLaw fan, Mez fan...and part of some other fandoms that make me happy.

With books I'm in my sanctuary. The first book I've finished was Great Expectations by Charles Dickens. My favorite book is Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. I love Harry Potter by JK Rowling, the works of Paulo Coelho, Nicholas Sparks, Dan Brow etcetera...

"I like books that aren't just lovely but that have memories in themselves. Just like playing a song, picking up a book again that has memories can take you back to another place or another time." - Emma Watson
